I was born in 1957 and grew up in a small town in the Midwest. My father worked as a mechanic, and my mother was employed by the telephone company and later worked at the local hospital. To this day, she still works at a local beauty shop. I graduated from college in 1981 and moved shortly thereafter to the South. I worked my way through school, and I am very proud of that accomplishment. I was not given a free ride like many people these days, some of the same people who want to destroy America.
I would classify myself as a conservative and have voted for Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. I currently own my own small business, which I started building back in the late 1980s. I am not a writer, but I decided to write this book based on what the Liberals are trying to do to this country. I honestly believe that the Barack Hussein Obama (BHO) administration including his czars, most Democrats/Liberals, hollyweird, and others want to destroy the United States of America. At the time of the writing of this book, they have almost bankrupted the country.
Thoughts of an American Taxpayer is dedicated to all the hardworking American taxpayers who continue to make this a great country for themselves, their fellow Americans, and their families. They honestly believe that the government only needs to get out of the way. The government can only accomplish what the American taxpayers send to it in the form of taxes. The government does not generate any wealth on its own. Everything the government touches that has to do with commerce or money becomes screwed up, is screwed up, losing money, or has lost money.
